We are a staffing agency in Texas with offices based out of Houston and Dallas searching for the HubSpot Guru to come in and help with our growing business!
Role Objectives:
Collaborate with the Sales team on creating, implementing, and executing market campaign automation emails.
Create custom modules, templates, workflows, and functionalities along with supporting specific sales team questions and concerns.
Will be the main point of contact for sales, marketing, and provide leads for the sales team to go out and close deals.
Oversee and analyze CRM data, email results, to identify trends, patterns, opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations.
Manage profiles, layouts, reports, dashboards, process automation, and other configurable parts of HubSpot.
Share knowledge and carry out training for existing and new users.
Work closely with the internal sales team to build the best in class marketing campaigns.
Oversee email testing and inbox rendering, ensures viewability and performance across all major email clients and devices.
Identify unique acquisition opportunities and provide regular reporting on acquisition efforts.
Develop and document policies, procedures and standards relating to database management.
Use data and insights to hyper-personalize experiences and optimize in real-time.
Facilitate formal email approval processes for sales to provide leads.
Qualifications:
Must be able to come in with HubSpot knowledge to hit the ground running
