You’ll be leading the development and implementation of creative digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement and conversions across multiple digital channels. Taking the lead on how our Brand looks, feels and is presented across our Digital platforms.

This role will take the lead on our digital content, and internal/external communications. Building subject matter, designs and creative content for our business brand, development and overall marketing strategy. Leading the way our business talks; keeping us relevant, engaging and professional. Building Shields and its employees’ digital profile and Brand, with a scheduled and well-thought strategy to collaborate and innovate across the business.

 

Creative Digital Brand Design
We want you to lead our content and brand design across our digital platforms. Reviewing trends, market news, industry developments and orchestrating our LinkedIn posts and content communication to solidify Shields as a leading specialist across a variety of topics. Pushing out our culture, our business focuses on engaging content that’s Branded with up-to-date stylish graphics. Orchestrating our market specialists in the business to write content according to your schedule, plan and strategy.

 

Digital Brand Company Leadership
Personally manage the CEO and the HR Director's LinkedIn account to push digital content out to their audience on a weekly schedule. With hot topics, thought-provoking subjects and expert opinions to generate conversation and a better following. Manage their posting schedule and how to get the best from their voices. Creating a platform for storytelling, their own style, opinions and insights into company decisions, topics and culture.

 

Marketing
Leading our Marketing Campaigns and mailers across our Global partners and customers. Supporting the Sales Directors with their regional strategies and requirements. You will manage our CRM and report on the success of our product and targeting.

 

People
You will play a role in the people team, learning how to coach, develop and give feedback to all levels in the organisation. Taking part in training sessions, internal communication, and being seen as a role that is there to support, guide and give advice to others in the organisation. You will have the opportunity to learn about People related topics and develop your skills as a leader, coach and strategic professional.

Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience in implementing, managing and optimising key digital marketing channels.

 

Required Competencies

Required

  • Ability to use PowerPoint, Photoshop/Illustrator for graphic design
  • Ability to research and self-manage to create new content and strategy
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of different communication styles; master of written content
  • Ability to take own initiative and lead own projects

Desirable

  • Ability to use video editing software and programs
  •
