Spearhead all digital marketing projects at Crunch, including website, HubSpot, app and kiosk updates, email marketing, content management, data analysis and troubleshooting. Lead the development of digital best practices for the brand, while managing agency relationships, strategy and performance. Work closely with all members of the marketing team to produce successful marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and brand awareness.
Some (many) manager-level HubSpotters (and above) have serious reservations about entering personal information into 3rd-party 'recruiting' platforms which are notorious for mishandling data, selling data without permission, &/or spamming contributors.
That being said, we've seen good success when companies offer a more direct method of contact in their job posts here -- e.g., instructions to email an internal contact person.
