IDScan.net, a New Orleans-based tech company, is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join its growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will put their marketing expertise to use in helping us reach out to new prospects, nurture leads, and engage with our customers.
Responsibilities
The Marketing Specialist will give the sales team the tools they need to successfully nurture leads and close deals, position the company and products to strategically communicate with audience segments, and manage a multichannel marketing program that generates interest and leads in our company. They will design, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns.
Manage relationships with PPC agencies to generate interest and incoming leads
Contribute to the strategy, execution, measurement, and adjustment of paid search campaigns
Perform keyword and paid search research
Aid in lead assignment & qualification
Aid in maintaining consistency of company and product messaging across all channels and marketing materials
Track source for all new incoming leads
Set up inbound and outbound prospecting campaigns for use by our sales team
Design nurture campaigns for new inbound leads and unengaged prospects
Manage and write email copy for all campaigns
Identify what additional content is required for a successful campaign, and collaborate in its creation
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must:
Have a proficient understanding of:
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Ability to set up and manage ads in Google Ads
Stay on top of the latest digital advertising trends, channels, and formats
Write email marketing campaigns with a clear call-to-action
Understand the stages of our customer lifecycle and vary the messaging accordingly
Have an analytical mindset to identify, measure, and improve upon KPI related to email marketing
The following are required:
2 years+ experience running paid search campaigns
2 years + experience B2B or SaaS preferred
Must have experience in the Google Ads platform and is able to build campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and ads
Ability to budget accounts while optimizing towards KPIs and working with the greater team to achieve client's goals
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Work Environment
This position will be located in IDScan.net’s New Orleans Headquarters. Normal work hours are 8:30-5:30, Monday-Friday. This position will report to the Marketing Manager and will work closely with our sales, support, and executive teams.
