ABOUT THE POSITION AND OUR TEAM:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parcel Spend Management Marketing Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing marketing projects for our solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of parcel spend management, marketing strategies, and project management principles. The Parcel Spend Management Marketing Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes, optimize supply chain processes, and enhance customer experience. This position will report to the Marketing Manager.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate and manage marketing projects related to our parcel spend management services and solutions, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, partners, revenue operations, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout marketing projects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to align with objectives and promote our solutions.
  • Manage timelines and activities for product launches and promotional activities such as collateral creation, market positioning, and post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as collateral, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and videos, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using various tools and platforms and provide regular reports to the marketing team to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs and provide insights to the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends related to supply chain and parcel spend management marketing.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing project management or coordination, preferably in the supply chain or parcel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, processes, and best practices.
  • Proficient in marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong data-driven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail, and ability to maintain accuracy, and initiative to provide actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the skill to create compelling content and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
