A new unannounced crypto/NFT/Web3 startup is looking for a motivated, energetic Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing organization.
Who are you?
Highly effective at overseeing all aspects of marketing department operations. You have a deep understanding of marketing automation systems and best practices and are able to implement and troubleshoot the systems. Lastly, you love documentation and are consistently establishing and scaling processes to ensure clean database hygiene and campaign management.
The ideal candidate:
Has 5+ years of hands-on experience with end-to-end marketing technology ecosystems with a solid understanding of marketing automation systems, particularly with Hubspot.
Experience implementing and troubleshooting the marketing automation system and tech stack integrations.
An ability to establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and database management.
Can be a subject matter expert with business stakeholders on email nurtures, scoring, smart list builds, and segmentation processes.
Highly analytical and can effectively use data to explain trends in the business. Experience tracking and reporting various digital and in-person channels (email, field events, etc).
Can evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
Able build and customize landing pages and email templates within the marketing automation system.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Extremely detail-oriented and organized marketer and able to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy.
Experience with effectively communicating with managers and teammates and able to present documentation and analysis to team members.
A basic understanding or a passion to learn about the Web3/NFT/Crypto space.
Comfortable with a fully remote position.
