Reporting to the Marketing Operations Specialist, the successful candidate will sit within the MarTech (Marketing Technology) team and play a key role supporting the delivery and ongoing success of Oxford Nanopore Technologies' marketing data for lead generation activities, supporting sales enablement!
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
Taking ownership of lead data to drive successful marketing campaigns and activities
Maintenance of lead scoring data systems
Using marketing analytics data to optimise the lead funnel
Working closely with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead data quality and handover
Sales liaison and working across teams to gather feedback on lead performance and data processes
CRM data maintenance and data systems optimisation
Management of marketing training for sales enablement
Data processing and segmentation for lead management
Creating and maintaining marketing forms
Understand the vision and tone of voice of the business, where the customer is at the heart of our community and we support the sharing of customer stories by customers

Job location
This is an office-based role, and the office location is within Oxfordshire, UK. Partial home-working is available as part of this role.
