We are looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
Optimize nurturing campaigns to convert leads to MQLs and SQLs
Manage and optimize Denamico’s Editorial Calendar
Manage the execution of all promotional materials including brand management, brochures, case studies, newsletters, mailings, promotional pieces, public relations articles, etc.
Optimize Denamico.com performance with help from UX/UI Designer
Manage and optimize social media channels based on the editorial calendar
Manage social media paid ads and PPC
Assist in the execution and promotion of key marketing initiatives such as events, conferences, podcasts, public relations, etc.
Lead, manage, assign and track all internal and external marketing resources and contributors to produce and optimize lead gen and conversions
Ensure we have up-to-date customer and contact information in our HubSpot CRM
Execute on Denamico's email strategy
Execute/manage the process to survey clients using net promoter scores and other survey tools
Secure reviews, testimonials, and case studies on a quarterly basis
Set up dashboards to report performance of sales and marketing initiatives
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Perform data hygiene audits on a quarterly basis
Analyze and optimize workflows and automation (internal and external)
Manage the development of Denamico’s brand, spread the message, and find new opportunities for Denamico subject matter experts to speak at events
Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
Manage sales and marketing assets by updating existing collateral when needed, archiving outdated assets, and setting standard operating procedures for the creation of new assets
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
3+ years of building integrated marketing campaigns, specifically in a marketing or advertising agency
Experience managing digital projects, specifically marketing strategy, technology solutions, and design of websites
Strong desire to cross collaborate and execute on deliverables within the areas of websites, marketing automation, campaign strategy, data & reporting
Strong web and Mac desktop skills – we work on Macs and use HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, and various web-based tools such as Monday.com and Slack
