Marketing Email Polish Needed

We are a tech startup company looking for creative assistance in developing a polished look for automated hubspot marketing emails going to clients and friends of the company.   We will provide the content for the emails, but need someone to create a polished and professional-looking template that we can drop copy and images into for new emails going forward.  We have a general idea of how the email should look and flow, but need an experienced Hubspot email design expert to help create a template with a professional polish.

I have a lot of experance in this working for jewelry and luxery compaines who send 4-9 emails a week. I worked developing the tempate in the design manager as well as inputting the content and smart content when needed.
