Marketing Automation Manager needed for premier B2B firm

As a successful Marketing Automation Manager, your primary responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Support the HubSpot strategy, management, and reporting for our customers
  • Develop and implement HubSpot best practices and SOP’s that are consistent and scalable across a growing team
  • Conduct and present client audits of HubSpot Instances with ability to communicate findings and next steps to a variety of stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective client-onboarding processes to integrate new business, including staff utilization and organizational planning when necessary
  • Own & lead all technical & data integrations (HubSpot, SFDC, & more) across CRM, sales, service, and marketing suites
  • Manage and train new hires to ensure best practices are consistently upheld as the team grows

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ Years experience managing CRM integrations, database migrations, & workflow automation
  • 2+ Years experience in HubSpot CRM, Sales Hub, Ops Hub, SFDC, and other third-party cloud tools
  • 2+ Years experience presenting to client stakeholders at various levels of the organization (entry to senior) with strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to take a data led approach to campaign strategy with hands on experience in tactical execution - setting up, optimizing, and reporting on CRM changes
  • Experience delivering results and recommendations to clients via weekly check-ins, quarterly business reviews and daily communication
  • Proven history of improving CRM processes, including training and oversight of new hires, peers and direct reports
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude within a sometimes challenging, high-growth environment
