Marketing Automation Manager Responsibilities
As the marketing automation manager at Catalyze Dallas, you'll play a critical role in helping our organization turn contacts into prospects and prospects into clients. Our marketing automation manager is expected to:
Manage HubSpot and related processes:
Act as the primary administrator of our HubSpot Professional Bundle (CRM, Marketing, CMS, Operations, Service) including the creation and maintenance of workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboard development, data hygiene and data flow management.
Manage HubSpot to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation including GDPR/CCPA compliance procedures and database management.
Optimize existing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Review SEO performance and implement changes to improve hosted websites.
Create, maintain, and deliver training, documentation, processes, practices, and tools needed to support our solutions consultants at all stages of the sales pipeline in pursuit of new business.
Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, partners, and other stakeholders to increase sales results and productivity, especially as it relates to HubSpot and the platform’s capabilities.
Partner with Sales team to develop processes to improve inbound lead flow, qualification and follow-up.
Cultivate audience engagement:
Create and manage email campaigns, working with the team to bring templates, calls-to-action, and content to life in HubSpot.
Grow and convert our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that’s aligned with their needs and interests.
Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, page visits, etc.).
Optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
Build static and dynamic segmented lists for tailored campaigns based on persona, past activities messaging and customer journeys.
Develop and optimize lead scoring programs and lead qualification.
Deliver actionable intelligence and reporting:
Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
The ideal candidate has prior experience leading marketing operations team and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're a self-starter and a team player who enjoys rolling up your sleeves to get stuff done. You're also happy to teach others your skills and level up your fellow marketers.
The ideal candidate will have:
5-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
Expert level CRM and marketing automation capability in HubSpot.
Analytical skills - expertise in aggregating data, generating reports both within Hubspot and with tools such as Excel and/or Smartsheet.
Experience with audience segmentation used to deliver tailored content based on demographics and behavior.
Ability to work cross functionally with teams in marketing, sales, product, and customer success to ensure alignment between teams and communications of processes and CRM usage.
A mix of marketing strategy, project management, and analytical skills with an extreme level of comfort with technology and modeling.
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
