Looking for a RevOps Manager - San Diego - Workiz

Who are you?

A data-driven individual with a mindset for processes, a technical skill set, and an exceptional ability to lead cross-departmental projects that will drive an impact on Workiz's business and growth journey.

You understand process improvement, continuous analyzing, and testing as well as partnering with teams to implement processes, systems, and tools.

 

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Design, improve, and maintain processes for Workiz GTM functions to enable scale, growth, and efficiency. 
  • Monitor key metrics and data performances to identify data quality issues, compliance issues, and process issues to raise red flags early.
  • Design & lead holistic business processes, enhancements, and enablement to let the revenue organization focus most on revenue-generating activities.
  • Support revenue leaders with key processes such as lead routing, lead re-assignment, and pipeline reviews.
  • Support revenue leaders with strategic decisions by analyzing data and modeling capacity and engagement. 
  • Hands-on implementation of processes on our CRM (HubSpot) and integrated systems such as Zendesk.

Requirements

Ideally, we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally in revenue, sales, CS, or business operations roles (SaaS preferred).
  • 2+ years of HubSpot experience - Implementing workflows and automation, building dashboards and reports, and working with data on HubSpot. 
  • Strong analytical experience with a thorough understanding of best practice B2B SaaS revenue metrics, and a proven track record of driving problem resolution with data and insights.
  • Resiliency to work on multiple projects simultaneously, under short timelines, and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience presenting data to senior management, and translating complex information and trends into actionable insights, with the ability to create clarity and focus on the key aspects that will fuel growth.
  • Proactive mentality, ability to take extreme ownership of processes and proactively ideate, plan, and execute improvements, processes, and automation. 
  • You possess exceptional project management and time management skills. You understand what’s required to lead a cross-departmental project, and you feel comfortable context-switching between multiple projects. 
  • High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

These would also be nice

  • Experience with BI tools.
  • Experience with no-code automation and integration tools such as Make, Workato, Zapier, etc.
