Looking for a Freelance HubSpot CMS Developer (Long Term Project)

Looking to tap into the network effect of the forums to find a whiz HubSpot CMS Developer. Please do post recommendations if you can 🙂
We're hoping to work with someone obviously extensively on this project, but also on a longer-term relationship basis. We have interesting and consistent work lined up for whoever takes on this project; we're open to retainers if the arrangement is right.
The overview:
Rebuild our current site in HubSpot, but from first principles... how do we reduce our admin time and create a better user experience. There's a completed HS Blog which provides a great headstart: design/layout established.
It's very much a dynamic website based around lots of media output. There are almost 0 static elements, excluding the header and footer!
Hopefully, we can find someone who: *Has a genuine interest in solving complex development problems *Knows all the workarounds and nuances of HubDB/HubL *Has extensive experience with HubSpot *Thinks from first principles to uncover the best way of doing something *Cares about UX/UI *Has a great eye: believes design & detail is important
