The Job:
We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Engineer to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Lead Gen Engineer’s role is to build out campaigns focused on bringing more leads into the pipeline for our clients. You will support senior team members by executing blog and social posts, status decks, marketing automation sequences, list management and grooming, create and manage website content. There is an opportunity for quick advancement for the right personality, skill set, and work ethic. We are growing quickly.
If you are familiar with lead generation principles, have a flair for client communication and understand the importance of tracking goals and results we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will be hungry to increase their skill set within marketing automation tools and the lead generation pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Develop new email, social, trade show, and paid campaigns
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate project movement and potential barriers early and often
Plan strategically with internal teams and help execute on lead gen plans with the team
Learn how to build a successful lead gen engine and bring new ideas and processes to the team to through research and attending local networking events
Specific Skills:
Hunger to pick up lead generation skills and begin executing on them immediately
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Confidence and a persuasive manner
Tight organizational and time management skills
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Junior Account Manager, Inbound Sales Rep, Sales Development Rep Marketing Intern, Inbound Sales Intern, or relevant role
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Not Required but a MAJOR Bonus:
Experience in B2B, specifically in heavy industrial
Familiarity with Marketing Automation technology (MailChimp counts)
Time spent working as an SDR or in a sales adjacent role
