Lead Implementation Specialist - Revenue & Marketing Operations at LogicManager (REMOTE - EST hours)

This role will serve as our lead technical expert for our HubSpot CRM and related systems to take a holistic view across sales, marketing, implementation, and customer success departments to enable team members and customers to achieve their goals. We enjoy thinking through the upstream and downstream effects of changes in HubSpot and associated systems in order to identify the most efficient and scalable solution. 

 

What You'll Be Doing On Our Team

    • Drive process improvement initiatives that impact the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of the team 
    • Serve as our lead systems expert for our HubSpot CRM (including HubSpot CPQ) environment, as well as lead the change management process and be our implementation expert of other systems in the sales, marketing and customer success tech stack (including Gong, ZoomInfo, PlanHat, NetSuite)
    • Foresee the impact of new requirements or process evolution on HubSpot and trace upstream and downstream fields, systems, and processes through integrations with related systems
    • Work with Marketing, Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams on supporting data analysis, performance leaderboards, pipeline and resource forecasting, including customer life cycles, conversion time and rates, close/win rates, and activity metrics correlated to revenue outcomes.
    • Create dashboards and reports on marketing and customer lifecycle metrics such as the lifetime value of a customer, marketing source attribution, solution utilization health scores that drive customer renewals and expansions
    • Manage data augmentation tools, formula fields, workflows, custom views, integrations, reports and dashboards and other content of intermediate complexity 
    • Coordinate with leadership and Finance on pricing models and implement price book changes in HubSpot CPQ
    • Migrate SalesForce CPQ to HubSpot CPQ along with associated reports and integrations
    • Assist in documentation and training of new users on operating procedures and best practices of HubSpot CRM and broader tech stack

About You and What Skills You'll Need

    • East Coast Time Zone: We are a remote-first workforce but are giving priority to candidates currently based on the east coast due to our core business hours (9am-5pm ET) and collaborative efforts as an organization. At this time, we are unable to consider candidates based in other regions and appreciate your understanding
    • 5+ years of experience as HubSpot or other CRM administrator or similar role
    • Prior experience in a technical implementation specialist role
    • Strong understanding of HubSpot or other CRM best practices and functionality. Hubspot Inbound Marketing and Sales certifications a plus, but not required 
    • Understanding of sales and marketing technologies, such as Hubspot, Gong.io, and ZoomInfo, is a plus
    • Proficient in Google Office/applications (especially GoogleSheets) and experience analyzing complex data sets or using business intelligence tools is a plus 
    • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills 
    • A business process approach to identifying stakeholders, understanding workflows at each step, the data to be acted upon, the integration points and how they need to work
    • Strong data management abilities with a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements 
    • Must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills 
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize simultaneous requests, and successfully drive projects to completion 
    • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption 
    • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task while paying close attention to detail
