As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll focus on building, delivering and supporting personalized digital marketing initiatives across all channels. You will help build out a best-in-class digital experience that is data-driven and ensure that the experience is coordinated and consistent. While focusing on the external customer experience, you'll also balance internal customers and provide support/guidance in improving engagement in the digital space. You’ll collaborate with teams within Independent Bank to understand and translate the corporate vision. You'll utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and you'll brainstorm and recommend creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
