What you’ll be doing
The key goal is to create a single demand gen team to feed the sales pipeline with outbound and inbound-generated leads.
The new hire will implement an inbound marketing programme – from personas/ideal customer profiles to setting up and iterating a lead scoring model, multi-channel nurturing and lead hooks. Responsibilities include:
Owning inbound marketing, delivering c. 30 MQLs per month to the SDRs/sales team
Working within the inbound methodology - feeding into accurate reporting from HubSpot
Creating and analysing multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns
Building and implementing lead scoring and MQL grading model
Managing relationships with the creative and brand agency
Supporting the SDR and sales teams with messaging and strategy for targeting new business opportunities
Meeting regularly with the commercial team to review and analyse performance, KPIs, successes and suggested ways of improvement
About you
Years of experience are not important - HubSpot expertise is. You should have HubSpot Academy certifications and demonstrable experience.
Strong understanding of lead - MQL processes and the importance of accurate forecasting and CRM utilisation
Articulate and persuasive communicator, who can engage with low-level and senior employees equally well
