About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to execute engagement campaigns through data analysis, mapping the customer journey, defining customer segmentation, and creating engagement plans that deliver success and drive users through the funnel. This position will develop a strategy for the full lifecycle to execute the roadmap across a variety of marketing channels while using test & learn techniques to experiment with different channels and strategies. The last important piece of this role is leading the Experience & Strategy Team, overarching event strategy, and annual innovation summit end-to-end plan.

Lead complex, highly cross-functional initiatives to deliver business requirements, create project plans, and drive on-time execution.
Develop and execute experiments, such as A/B tests, multivariate tests, funnel testing, design experimentation, personalization, etc.
Analyze and evolve email strategy through A/B testing, targeted segmentation, engagement tiers and re-engagement tactics to increase engagement and conversions.
Measure website, email and event channel performance against defined metrics and goals. Develop and update reports on testing plans that drive improved performance.
Lead experience team, overarching event strategy and annual innovation summit end-to-end plan. Recommend optimal speaking opportunities, innovative approaches and provide guidance to execute an exceptional experience and representation of Icario.
Collaborate with creative and other marketing groups to test visuals and messaging for performance.
Monitor data insights to better understand the client journey and to identify strategic opportunities to improve the website experience and ideal journey through A/B testing, analytics, competitive analysis, and UX research methodologies.
Progress and maintain reporting dashboard and processes, with the goal of reducing manual effort to analyze results and deliver insights to positively impact business outcomes. Present findings, trends and recommendations to supporting teams and key stakeholders.
Manage, coach and guide direct reports and contractor support.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Integrated Experience, Platform, User Experience, Sales, etc.) to support and align on client/prospect journey tactics and projects.

At least 7-10 years digital marketing & data analysis experience
Business to business experience in healthcare is preferred
Bachelor's degree with studies in marketing
Strong communication skills
Highly creative problem solver, with an eye for detail
Exceptional technical skills
HubSpot experience is a plus
