The Hubspot Specialist + RevOps Lead role will be focused on aligning all the teams that interact with customers to drive revenue and improve the customer experience through data visibility and reliability, processes and systems, documentation, and collaboration. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner who passionately understands CRM systems (Hubspot), e-commerce platforms (Shopify), and has a genuine interest in supporting a growing marketing and sales organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, finds excitement in creative and scalable problem solving, and has a bias for action and outcomes.
This position is based in Seattle and reports to the Marketing team. The RevOps team is focused on supporting and scaling Deako’s full revenue funnel with scalable processes, and the right toolset by providing relevant business insights.

Analyze our data to uncover insights and opportunities for growth
Implement a process to increase customer-facing team productivity
Partner cross-functionally with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Data roles to drive alignment and optimize our GTM strategy
Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for improving the health of our revenue cycle
Ensure data accuracy in Hubspot CRM and Shopify eCommerce platform
Write and maintain documentation for sales operation processes like sequences and workflows
Perform internal review and quality assurance on operational deliverables including workflow diagrams, pipelines, lifecycle stage definitions, lead scoring, etc.
Educate and keep the sales teams apprised of key process changes and system updates
Partner with marketing and key stakeholders to understand operational needs and evolve existing workflows
Drive towards simple, scalable process solutions to day-to-day problems
Prepare ad hoc evaluations & participate in special projects as needed
Produce and maintain reports/dashboards that accelerate information-to-action at scale
Basic Qualifications
A deep understanding of centralized revenue operations and aligning goals around the customer
Solid functional understanding of Hubspot CRM; strong experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards; Excellent critical thinking skills; able to breakdown ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Self-starter and highly organized; project or program management experience is a plus
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills; ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed
Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for people, customers, and the business
Enthusiasm, a sense of humor, and strong interpersonal skills are highly valued
