Position Overview:
You'll manage and optimise our HubSpot platform, ensuring that our teams leverage its full potential to achieve their goals. Your role will involve maintaining data integrity, streamlining workflows, and implementing automation processes that boost efficiency and fuel growth.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Automations: Design, implement and manage workflow automation, including onboarding flows, email campaigns, nurturing sequences, surveys and ticket flows
Data management: Improve and maintain data integrity and quality, including cleaning up and documenting CRM object properties, de-duplication, and segmentation
CRM objects: Improve and manage CRM database views, card layouts and inboxes to optimise the user experience and provide easy access to information
Content: Improve, maintain and manage knowledge bases and the customer portal
Reports: Develop and improve reports and dashboards to empowering stakeholders with real-time visibility into key metrics and performance indicators.
Marketing & Sales: Align our sales, marketing and customer experience teams to drive revenue growth across the entire customer journey, supporting these functions for long-term success through robust workflows, the right automations and accurate reporting.
Account management: Administer and maintain the HubSpot platform, including role-based permissions, onboard new users and develop presets to improve the user experience, user management, and integrations.
Continuous improvement: Innovate and iterate on existing processes and develop new features from concept to launch in HubSpot
Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders, effectively communicating challenges, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement within the HubSpot CRM environment.
Hubspot best practices: Set up and implement HubSpot best practices in a newly established environment, including lead gen, sales processes, customer support, tickets management processes, knowledge bases, customer portals, documentation standards, account segregation, and customisations.
Conceptualising creative ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Create and maintain technical document for CRM objects, automations, user permissions, and data management
User support: Assist with requests from team members on HubSpot questions androvide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and new features. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the HubSpot platform.
Ad hoc tasks as required
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role. Specific experience in building HubSpot to support revenue, marketing or sales operation will be favourably considered.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. Experience with integrations and APIs is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
Organisation: Highly organised, detail-orientated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
