Primary Responsibilities:
Hubspot
Manage Email Campaigns, Form configurations, Workflows, and Properties in Hubspot to drive customer engagement and support the Marketing and Sales Team
Build Lists, Reports and Views based on requirements provided by Marketing and Sales
Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping, and workflow management.
Manage file structure and versioning of missions critical documents in Hubspot
Track and manage assigned projects and issues to ensure completion or proper handling
Sales
Check quote/sales agreement for accuracy and make sure discounts are approved by management
Enter orders into inventory tracking
Enter a ticket into HubSpot production queue
Follow up with customers after they receive their machines
Call asking for reviews and referrals
Call old customers to promote AP Lazer's Trade in / Trade up Program
Required Skills
1-2 years of experience with working with Hubspot's Sales, Service and Marketing Hubs.
Education: High School Diploma
Excellent interpersonal skills, organized
Ability to manage your own time and tasks effectively
