Do you want to be a key player in our exciting customers' growth journey? We are looking for an experiencedHubSpot Specialistwho wants to be part of our CRM Specialist team!
This means that you are expected to:
Take overall responsibility for implementing and configuring the HubSpot platform according to our clients' needs and business strategies. By optimising the platform, you ensure that it is adapted to support effective marketing and sales;
Translates customer requirements into processes and maps them in HubSpot;
Develop and implement automated processes within HubSpot to increase efficiency and save time in both marketing and sales. Including automation of campaigns, lead management and reporting;
Provide training and support to our clients' marketing and sales teams to ensure proper use of HubSpot's features. By being a resource for the team, you contribute to a smooth user experience and an optimal result;
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in both HubSpot and other relevant tools in the HubSpot ecosystem;
Know the goals, potential and challenges of our customers and support them in optimising their marketing, sales and service processes;
Conduct customer workshops and trainings
Core skills & competencies:
High level of digital marketing knowledge and hands on experience;
Evidence of strong experience in implementing HubSpot (sales, marketing and service) internally or for clients;
Excellent communication skills both in German and English

Who are we looking for?
We would like you to have worked at least three years with HubSpot and have experience with all three of the Sales, Marketing and Service Hubs to some extent;
You have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality when working with CRM systems;
You thrive to think about technically complex and demanding topics;
You love to do systematic, independent work;
Speak German and English fluently
In addition to being a quick learner, you have the ability to see the big picture and like to take your own responsibility and initiative. You are analytically inclined, and you like data and statistics
