Location: Remote

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually (commensurate with experience) with bonus opportunity.

Role Overview:

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be the go-to expert in managing and optimizing HubSpot for both our marketing and sales teams. This role involves setting up, executing, and analyzing campaigns within HubSpot while ensuring it integrates effectively with our broader technology stack. You will work closely with marketing and sales teams to streamline workflows, generate actionable insights, and maximize lead engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot Management: Configure, maintain, and optimize the HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, build, and manage marketing campaigns, including email and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop automated workflows to nurture leads through the sales funnel and boost conversion rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Team Support & Training: Train and support team members on HubSpot best practices to ensure they leverage the platform effectively.
  • Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and other tools, such as CRMs, email platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Troubleshooting & Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve any HubSpot-related issues to maintain data accuracy and platform efficiency.

 

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience working with HubSpot in a marketing, sales, or operations role.
  • HubSpot Certification(s) in Marketing, Sales, or Service and Pro Hub.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and workflows within HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of metrics and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM management and best practices.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or other data analysis tools.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, segmentation, and automation workflows.
  • Prior experience with additional marketing automation or CRM platforms and telephony systems.
