HubSpot Solutions Architect/Engineer Role - Perth / Remote

What’s my role?

Located in our Wembley office or remotely, we are looking for an experienced HubSpot Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our sales and customer success teams, ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of HubSpot's suite of products for our clients. 

Through experience and lateral thinking, you will work with the directors to develop solutions for clients who have complex upmarket marketing, sales, and commerce businesses.

What will I be doing?

  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify client needs and provide technical solutions using HubSpot's suite of products.
  • Develop and execute implementation plans for HubSpot's products, including configuring and customising solutions to meet clients' unique requirements.
  • Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for clients and prospects.
  • Provide ongoing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Ensure the successful integration of HubSpot's products with clients' existing systems and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HubSpot product updates and features, and provide training and guidance to internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Contribute to the development of technical resources, including product documentation, best practices, and knowledge base articles.

What are my qualifications and skills?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role.
  • Expertise in configuring and customising HubSpot's products, including HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Experience in a range of custom HubSpot integration solutions with enterprise-level CRM and ERP platforms, like Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, and SAP.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A range of HubSpot certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience in Project Management and knowledge of agile principles is highly regarded.
