HubSpot Sales Coordinator
The Cannabiz Media License Database unites the necessity of lead generation with the functionality of a user-friendly CRM. It is a key resource for business intelligence and to connect with prospects in both the cannabis and hemp industries.
Cannabiz Media is seeking a HubSpot Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, virtual telecommuting position. In this role, you will be part of the sales & marketing teams responsible for developing and maintaining standards for meticulous record-keeping. If you thrive on organization, have an extreme attention to detail, a keen eye for finding and correcting errors, and are comfortable policing others to maintain your processes and standards - then this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
Own and maintain Husbpot as the CRM containing lead and client records, developing and upholding a standard of documentation
Own and maintain Chargebee as the subscription management software containing billing details for clients, ensuring that Hubpost and Chargebee are an identical representation of each other
Oversee how data is input into Husbpot and hold the sales team responsible for maintaining complete records and accurate deal information
Chat with inbound leads through Hubspot chat integrated on our website
Maintain consistent and accurate deal and source information in Hubspot to track revenue and ROI from various traffic sources
Input new leads into Hubspot following events
Develop segmented email marketing lists in Hubspot and distribute the content developed by the email marketing team
Develop workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Report on data maintained in both Hubspot and Chargebee such as revenue, traffic sources, email marketing results, expiring credit card information, etc.
Regularly conduct Hubspot and Chargebee data audits and cleanup to eliminate or update bad data
Maintain sales and renewal tracking sheets in Google Suite
Advise on additional ways to leverage Hubspot to improve efficiency
Requirements:
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
At least three years of experience in a sales & marketing support role
Hubspot Sales certification and Marketing certification are required
Additional Hubspot certifications a plus
Chargebee or other subscription billing/revenue management platform experience
Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
Organized, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a strong sense of urgency
Independent self-starter who requires minimal supervision, you know what needs to get done and does so before being asked
Time commitment approximately 40 hours per week
Cannabiz is an entirely virtual company with no physical offices so the applicant must have a high-speed connection to the internet.
Benefits:
Salary range is $50,000-$55,000/year, commensurate with experience
