Build a technical resource for customers (videos, how-to’s, documentation)
Design a customer journey map and optimise customer experience
The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will work with the Customer Delivery team to help our customers optimise HubSpot;
Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub
Migrate customers from Marketo, Pardot, Active Campaign etc. to HubSpot—including the migration of automation, assets, and data
Optimise HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automation, and data hygiene
Analyse, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure data hygiene for our clients
Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors, and UX issues in HubSpot for our customers
Leverage monthly training budget and time allotment towards building deep expertise in HubSpot and certifications
Evaluate HubSpot accounts for optimisation/upsell opportunities
Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client KPIs and HubSpot performance
Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot
Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant work experience
BA/BS in business, technology and/or self-taught education via HubSpot Certifications
A passion for HubSpot with matched expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritise and complete tasks on a deadline
Working understanding of revenue operations
Ability to work on a collaborative team
Strong desire and demonstrated ability to learn independently
Benefits You'll Receive
Starting Salary Range: 80,000-130,000 Monthly PHP (Based on experience)
