Job Description(oh, formalities)
The HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist will work with the Client Services team to help our clients optimize HubSpot and the HubSpot Salesforce integration.
Implement HubSpot Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub as well as the HubSpot + Salesforce Integration
Migrate Clients from Marketo, Pardot, etc. to HubSpot—including the migration of automations, assets, and data
Optimize HubSpot accounts to improve processes, automations, and data hygiene
Analyze, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure data hygiene for our clients
Troubleshoot bugs, sync errors, and UX issues in HubSpot for our clients
Leverage monthly training budget and time allotment towards building deep expertise in HubSpot
Evaluate HubSpot accounts for optimization opportunities
Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client KPIs and HubSpot performance
Support growth as a thought leader for HubSpot and the HubSpot Salesforce Integration
This is a mid-level, non-managerial role. Full-time candidates only. This role is fully remote except for a few team get-togethers throughout the year.

Qualifications & Experience
2+ years of relevant work experience
BA/BS in business, technology, or humanities and/or self-taught education via HubSpot Certifications
A passion for HubSpot with matched expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks on a deadline
Working understanding of revenue operations
Ability to work on a collaborative team
Strong desire and demonstrated ability to learn independently
Benefits You'll Receive
Starting Salary Range: $55,000-75,000 (+ eligibility for overtime)

This position is remote and open to all US-based applicants, but residence in North Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, or Georgia is preferred.
