HubSpot Marketing Assistant (Freelance)

We're a US based transportation company in search of a remote freelance HubSpot Marketing Assistant to help build sales and marketing assets, perform admin related tasks, and assist in maximizing HubSpot's potential to achieve our strategic goals for growth.

We're looking for someone who is able to:

• Create and manage: marketing emails, automated workflows, sequences, forms, calls-to-action, custom properties, etc. within the platform.
• Build customized views, custom reports, and reporting dashboards. 
• Maintain weekly email stats in spreadsheet.
• Oversee data integrity through data import management, data cleansing, and deduping.
• Segment contact lists based on filter criteria and behaviors such as past email engagement, website interactions, etc.
• Create custom user role permission sets, teams, and assist in managing user database.

You may be a good fit if you have:

• A minimum 1-2 years of experience working in HubSpot.
• An understanding of HubSpot's technical capabilities.
• An experienced HubSpot Professional or Enterprise user who is a self-starter.
• A desire to keep up with the latest HubSpot features and updates.
• HubSpot Academy Certifications, particularly HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales, and/or HubSpot Service Hub (not required, but a plus).
