Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HubSpot Implementation Specialist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join our team. In this role, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their successful implementation and ongoing optimization of HubSpot solutions. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and oversee the technical deployment of HubSpot systems. This position is ideal for a professional who excels in both client-facing and technical capacities. This is ideally a hybrid work environment in downtown La Crosse, WI, but this position may be open to the right candidate remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
Lead the setup and configuration of HubSpot for new clients, including marketing, sales, and service hubs.
Develop project plans that outline timelines, deliverables, and key milestones for each implementation.
Provide training sessions and resources to empower clients to utilize HubSpot effectively.
Portfolio Management:
Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, providing ongoing consultation to ensure they achieve maximum value from their investment.
Monitor client accounts, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges.
Assess client performance data and deliver insights to continually optimize strategy and system utilization.
Technical Integration & Optimization:
Work closely with clients to integrate HubSpot with existing systems and third-party tools, ensuring smooth data migration and system interoperability.
Develop workflows, automation, and custom configurations to meet client-specific needs.
Keep abreast of updates and best practices in HubSpot technology and marketing automation, implementing improvements as needed.
Consultative Guidance & Relationship Building:
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert advice on marketing automation strategies and operational optimizations.
Build long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams within Driftless Agency to drive business growth and client retention.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years working with HubSpot in a professional setting.
Proven track record of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of HubSpot platforms, including marketing, sales, and service hubs.
Experience with CRM integrations, data migration, and marketing automation workflows.
Familiarity with web analytics, reporting tools, and email marketing best practices.
Client-Facing Skills:
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, concise manner to clients of varying technical expertise.
Demonstrated success in fostering client relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, small-team environment.
