Small UK based business that specialises in

designing and producing high quality handwoven luxury stair runners and bespoke rugs is seeking a Hubspot specialist.

Position: Operations Manager

Part-time or full time: approximate hours per week: 25 - 40

Roles & Responsibilities:

HubSpot Operations

• Day-to-day business management using HubSpot 
• Reviewing the current HubSpot set-up and working with company owner to make improvements
• Managing contact database and updating
• Streamlining processes, creating playbooks on how to use HubSpot and follow procedures
• Setting up Sequences and Workflows in HubSpot 
• Automating data transfers from Google sheets into HubSpot

General skills:

• Excellent hubSpot skills and ideally Xero 
• Super organised, efficient and process driven with a passion for automation  
• Excellent in Excel and, Google sheets 

Some office presence necessary at the beginning to have breifing from owner. 

Office / show rooms are Kensington, London and Frome, Somerset.
