HubSpot Developer Familiar with Quote Templates / Design Manager Needed

I am looking for a HubSpot developer familiar with quote templates and design manager to develop a number of quote templates for us. We also require a couple of custom changes that require an understanding of design manager, mainly around formatting, adding custom columns into product line items, and adding automatic tax to the quote. We are based in Sydney, so would prefer someone available on Sydney time.
