Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position in Tampa, FL.
The Senior HubSpot Client Manager involves leading a 2 to 3 person team configuring and optimizing HubSpot for our insurance clients. Key responsibilities include client management, onboarding, training, and optimization, overseeing integrations, conducting performance analysis, providing recommendations and more.
This is not a marketing position, we do not do marketing campaigns or content creation. We help insurance agencies optimize HubSpot for sales, service, and CRM success.
This position is responsible for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data management and alignment of our insurance sales, service, and data management strategies for the client.
Salary is based upon experience.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in the entire HubSpot platform, but mostly CRM, sales hub, and service hub.
Experience working with clients to build HubSpot sales and/or service solutions.
Insurance industry experience working preferred but not required.
Experience working with clients and client management.
Analytical and data-driven mindset
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work collaboratively across teams
Excellent communication skills
Experience in team leadership or mentoring is a plus
