HubSpot CRM and Marketing Specialist

Here’s what we think will help:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field

  • 1+ years of HubSpot experience and holds certification(s) from HubSpot Academy
  • 1+ years of experience in paid marketing campaigns in Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environments
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and
  • multi-task with minimal supervision
  • Resilient and goal-oriented, with a track record of exceeding expectations
  • High-level teamwork skills and ability to support the success of those around you

As a HubSpot CRM and Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Establish and maintain sequences and workflows for our customers
  • Create digital marketing campaigns, lead capture forms, landing pages, and email templates (in collaboration with a graphic designer)
  • Manage functionality of 3rd party software integration
  • Analyze, cleanse, and update CRM data to ensure high quality data standards
  • Gather analytics and assemble marketing reports based on information from the CRM
  • Meet regularly with the digital advertising and follow-up teams to refine ongoing projects
  • Troubleshoot user or software errors that inhibit the efficiency of the CRM
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, including onboarding of new users
  • Create training resources, instructing the team on best practices and how to use the CRM
  • Write and Schedule regular email campaigns

Job Type: Full-time remote
