Title: Customer Relationship Specialist or CRM Coordinator
Primary Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management: Input and update customer data in HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Customer Interaction: Engage with prospective patients through phone, email, and text, providing information and addressing queries.
Customer Journey Monitoring: Track the entire customer experience, from initial inquiry to post-procedure follow-up, ensuring all touchpoints are logged and any issues are escalated appropriately.
Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from patients to understand their experience and areas of improvement.
Reporting: Regularly report on customer interactions, feedback, and CRM data to provide insights on the customer journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
CRM Expertise: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This person will be representing your brand and should be articulate, pleasant, and efficient.
Attention to Detail: With data input and customer interactions, accuracy is crucial.
Empathy & Professionalism: Given the nature of your business, they should have the ability to handle sensitive topics with tact and understanding.
Adaptability: Should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and adapting to different communication platforms.
Tech-Savviness: Comfortable with modern communication tools and platforms.
Prior Experience: 1-2 years HubSpot CRM experience
Training & Development:
Product/Service Training: Will be provided by our Digital Marketing Strategist.
HubSpot Training: We will offer an onboarding process specific to how VISTHETIC Surgery Institute & MedSpa uses HubSpot.
