Hiring a Senior Website Growth Specialist

IMPACT is seeking an experienced, client-facing website growth strategist. Working with up to 7 clients at a time, your job will be to plan and help implement strategies, manage projects, and analyze/report on the performance of website optimization initiatives.

IMPACT is an Elite HubSpot Solutions Partner that provides marketing/sales training and web development services. We support clients in the development and execution of their inbound marketing strategies, mostly on HubSpot, and help them achieve their sales and marketing goals.

You should apply to this job if you have over 5 years of website strategy and digital marketing experience, have experience working with clients who use HubSpot, and are familiar with the growth driven design methodology to increase organic web traffic and conversions.

We’re looking for a true strategic leader to guide our clients to success.

Requirements:

• Strong client communication skills: Ability to take charge/lead a client, manage a scope, build trusted advisor status, and educate.
• Technical skills: SEO, conversion optimization, testing, site plans, website copywriting, etc.
• HubSpot expertise: All aspects of the CMS, reporting, etc.
• Comfort with fundamental tools: Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, behavioral data tools (Lucky Orange/Hotjar), Semrush, etc.
• Strong project management skills: We use scrum and Clickup.

Location: This is a remote position.

Salary: $95,000 -$125,000 based on experience.
