Why are we making this hire?

As a coaching and training company focused on helping companies reach their full potential with digital sales and marketing, a common issue our clients face is that their sales team is lacking in critical areas of communication, strategy, and technology adoption.

When a sales team is lacking in any area, it’s costing the organization revenue.

Fortunately, we’ve developed a coaching and training program that addresses some of the most important areas of personal development for both sales management and salespeople including:

• Building authority within the sales process
• Running effective meetings with prospects (in-person and virtually)
• Integrating sales enablement content into the sales process
• Communicating more effectively with video and email
• Facilitating more effective 1:1’s and performance reviews

Location: This is a remote position. Connecticut residents will be prioritized, but the position is open to anyone within the United States to apply.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000 based on experience.
