Studio Designer is the leading digital project management, product sourcing, time billing and accounting software for the interior design industry. We are looking for a talented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing Studio Designer’s customer database (CRM), developing dashboards and reports, and maintaining overall customer data hygiene for the business. This is an individual contributor role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
CRM Data Management
Work in our CRM (HubSpot) to maintain overall customer data hygiene and accuracy. Regular tasks include monitoring the API connection between the application and the CRM to ensure data is flowing correctly, de-duplicating accounts, connecting orphan users to accounts, etc.
Deeply understand, and when necessary, troubleshoot the handoff points and necessary workflows of the business to ensure all HubSpot objects and fields are maintained and optimally performing.
Reporting and Insights
Develop and maintain a set of reports/dashboards which provide regular, consistent stakeholder visibility to sales and marketing KPI performance.
Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor customer and prospect data health and accuracy.
Drive analyses, and deliverables related to on-going activities (e.g. weekly forecasting), as well as ad hoc initiatives.
Develop insights to inform loyalty marketing, sales strategy, and customer success initiatives.
Sales Process Optimization
Improve use of prospect data in marketing and sales campaigns using HubSpot’s Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
Develop and maintain accurate lists of prospects and customers.
Recognize, develop, and implement process improvements within the sales and marketing organization.
This role reports into the Chief Marketing Officer. You will work closely with the marketing, sales and customer support teams. You will have visibility to the CEO and the executive leadership team.
Familiarity with lead funnel, campaign execution and performance, marketing automation, customer data platform analytics and metrics is a plus!
Who You Are:
3+ years of professional experience, 2+ years of experience managing a CRM and, in a sales/revenue operations role.
Experience working with HubSpot.
Experience working with cross-functional teams: data, engineering, product, sales, marketing, and support.
Technical background and understanding of how data and content flows across marketing systems and data repositories.
A self-starter. Requires little direction and can run with projects independently.
Resourceful. Likes to figure how new ways to solve problems and perform new tasks efficiently.
Have a bachelor’s degree.
