Job Description: Product owner for the Marketing Automation Platform and integrations for other platforms including but not limited to Social Media, CRM, and CMS.
Responsibilities Include:
Define, build, and optimize automated multi-channel campaign journeys
Manage all elements of multi-channel integrated campaign tactics which may include email, social, mobile, web display, SMS, and direct mail
Assist and influence campaign design and target list segmentation utilizing industry best practices; includes mapping of the right content and tactic to the right audience behavioral segment, and place within the campaign workflow
Build, execute and deliver accurate audience data and segments for campaigns
Develop landing pages and templates within the HubSpot platform
Define and carry out A/B and multivariate testing on automated marketing campaigns
Work collaboratively to track, monitor and measure campaign performance and offer optimization and construct suggestions to ensure campaigns achieve goals
Assist in training coworkers to ensure adoption and scale of marketing automation technology and processes
Basic HTML coding skills and an understanding of CSS along with familiarity with email marketing best practices and dynamic personalized content execution
Interact and collaborate with colleagues to create target audiences, provide counsel on content promotion, edit content for brand voice in social, and help write content when needed
Job Requirements:
5 – 7 years experience in orchestrating and executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns via marketing technology.
Direct experience with HubSpot developing email workflows, building lists, and reporting program outcomes
Proven track-record building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
