Hiring: Director of Marketing Operations, US-Remote

We are a leading organization in the technology and collaboration space seeking a talented and experienced Director of Marketing Operations to join our team remotely in the US.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the execution of marketing operations strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

  • Lead the optimization of marketing automation systems, with a strong focus on HubSpot.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.

  • Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Build and manage a complex marketing technology stack, including Customer Data Platform (CDP), artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and user data analytics.

  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing operations role, preferably within the technology or B2B sector.

  • Expertise in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.

  • Experience building and managing comprehensive marketing technology stacks comprising CDP, AI tools, and user data analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
