Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the execution of marketing operations strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Lead the optimization of marketing automation systems, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with overall business objectives.
Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Build and manage a complex marketing technology stack, including Customer Data Platform (CDP), artificial intelligence (AI) tools, and user data analytics.
Manage and mentor a team of marketing operations professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior marketing operations role, preferably within the technology or B2B sector.
Expertise in HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
Experience building and managing comprehensive marketing technology stacks comprising CDP, AI tools, and user data analytics.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
