Hiring Developer or Implementation Specialist for Short Term Project
The Customer Success Service Delivery Department at Pearson Virtual Schools is seeking a HubSpot developer or implementation specialist for a project within our Operations team. This is a remote position. This project may consist of work in the following areas with the potential for additional topics to be addressed:
Development and enhancement of a Customer Portal to be used by school-based customers and third-party contractors
Creation of calculations and automated workflows
Collaboration with the Operations team to identify the best app to integrate supplier, PO amounts, and line items on invoices between Oracle, Coupa, and HubSpot
Creating reports and dashboards to provide insights on quarterly trends and forecasting models based on data pulled from Oracle and Coupa
Recommendations for generating invoices within HubSpot and building a comprehensive product library that captures primarily service-based products
Support in creating user permission groups for external users
