As Marketing Software Admin you’ll empower the Marketing team to deliver the desired business outcomes through people, processes, technology, and data.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Responsible for the Memsource Hubspot account and third-party integrations, including onboarding new users
Responsible for the health of the Hubspot platform and database, including data cleansing and audience segmentation
Supporting the wider Marketing Operations team to maintain, improve and develop business processes, new and existing
Establishing and maintaining integrations with 3rd party systems and tools (native integration, custom integrations, APIs, etc.)
Maximizing the ROI of Hubspot by staying on top of developments/feature releases, identifying use cases for incorporating them in our processes
Maintaining and documenting processes in Confluence
Assisting with Pardot to Hubspot Migration
What you need:
3+ years of marketing automation and database management experience
Very good skills in Hubspot and/or other marketing automation tools
Experience with other marketing and sales tools, such as Wordpress, Unbounce, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pardot, and Salesforce are a plus
Excellent time and task management skills
Attention to detail
