Marketing Software Admin

At Memsource we help our customers go global. We provide a leading translation management system (Memsource) and software localization platform (Phrase), supporting 500+ languages, 50+ file types and covering the full range of enterprise localization use cases. With a global team working from our offices or from home across Europe, US, UK and Japan, we serve thousands of global customers, including leading brands such as Uber, Bosch, Lufthansa, Supercell, Vistaprint and Zendesk.

As Marketing Software Admin you’ll empower the Marketing team to deliver the desired business outcomes through people, processes, technology, and data. 

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Responsible for the Memsource Hubspot account and third-party integrations, including onboarding new users
• Responsible for the health of the Hubspot platform and database, including data cleansing and audience segmentation
• Supporting the wider Marketing Operations team to maintain, improve and develop business processes, new and existing
• Establishing and maintaining integrations with 3rd party systems and tools (native integration, custom integrations, APIs, etc.)
• Maximizing the ROI of Hubspot by staying on top of developments/feature releases, identifying use cases for incorporating them in our processes
• Supporting Hubspot users by answering queries daily (permission changes, issues solving, report generation, etc.)
• Maintaining and documenting processes in Confluence
• Assisting with Pardot to Hubspot Migration

What you need:

• 3+ years of marketing automation and database management experience
• Very good skills in Hubspot and/or other marketing automation tools
• Experience with other marketing and sales tools, such as Wordpress, Unbounce, Zapier, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Pardot, and Salesforce are a plus
• Excellent time and task management skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical way of thinking
• Proactive way of working, constantly looking for optimizing potential
