We are looking to move over to service hub, we have already purchased the module and set up the basics. I envisage a lot of questions/issues when starting out with service hub so am looking to work with somebody who can help tailor service hub to our company's requirements and assist with any questions in the first few weeks/months.
Small customer service team of 5 persons, used to working out of a microsoft 365 shared inbox so it will be a big change.
