Role Overview:
Qwick’s Sales Operations Manager will be instrumental to our fast growth and market expansion plans supporting functions essential to sales force productivity. Key responsibilities and contributions will include supporting our sales, account management, and partnership teams while building sales and business retention processes to enable our teams. This will include planning, reporting, forecasting, process optimization, and sales comp design and administration.
You will also research tools to make Qwick efficient and deliver analytics that allow us all to make informed decisions across our markets, based on data. Additional responsibilities, important to our sales enablement strategy, include managing and administering software platforms, uncovering market and competitive information, and working cross-functionally among multiple departments helping to drive and evolve our Demand strategy.

You’ll be a great fit if you like:
Building out an optimizing sales processes to enable our sales teams to increase productivity
Managing and being the administrator of sales technology tools that accommodate the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing such as prospecting tools, CRMs, contracting software, etc.
Coordinating sales forecasting and budgeting, as well as communicating quota’s
Working in databases and with sales and account management teams to provide visibility into data analytics through reports and dashboards that display funnel conversions, outcomes and actionable insights
Working with marketing to support sales teams with top of funnel and lead nurturing campaigns
Implementing new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
Building out presentations for all levels of the organization as well as businesses
Brainstorming with internal teams to determine customer and prospect outreach methods
Train new and existing team members on our processes and technologies
Working in a fast-paced, transparent, and feedback-driven environment that is constantly looking to improve
Requirements and qualifications:
BS Degree and 3+ years of experience in a sales operations role preferably in a tech or startup environment
Solid SQL knowledge and CRM experience; preferably Hubspot
Solid experience researching, purchasing, implementing, administrating and training teams on sales platforms including prospecting tools, CRMs (preferably Hubspot, and data dashboards
Excel proficiency
Creative ideas for problem-solving
Tech-savvy (This is a technology marketplace)
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Hospitality, F&B, and staffing experience a plus
Phoenix preferred
