Hi everyone! 

My name is Viktoriia, and I’m a HubSpot Certified Administrator (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Reporting, AI Essentials).

I’m currently looking for a remote full-time HubSpot Administrator / CRM Specialist role.

I have several years of experience as a CRM Integrator, including working with HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. I’ve supported both startups and growing companies with teams ranging from 10 to 150+ users, handling everything from initial setup to long-term optimization and support.

What I do:

• Full HubSpot administration: users, roles, permissions, custom objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages

• Data management: imports, migrations, deduplication, data quality and structure

• Dashboards & reports for leadership and operational teams

• Advanced automation: workflows, sequences, lead routing, notifications, lead scoring, behavioral segmentation

• Integrations with websites, telephony, payment systems, analytics tools, and external apps (Zapier, Make, n8n, HubSpot Marketplace), including API-based integrations with developers

• Business process analysis: improving funnels, lead assignment, sales & marketing alignment

• User training, documentation, onboarding, and ongoing admin support

I combine technical HubSpot expertise with business analysis and process optimization that enables me to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions. I am particularly passionate about creating efficient systems that empower teams to work smarter, make data-driven decisions, and deliver a better customer experience.

Right now, I’m looking to move from freelance/project-based work to a stable, long-term position where I can fully own the CRM environment, continuously improve it, and grow with a dedicated team.
