We have marketing services as well as products built around the HubSpot ecosystem. We are developing custom and complex integrations for HubSpot for our various divisions. We work on all aspects of HubSpot – Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub, which is rapidly gaining ground for our marketing teams.
We are looking to add a HubSpot CMS Developer to join our team who brings HubSpot CMS Hub expertise to the table. You would be responsible for both development on CMS Hub, including creating themes, templates, modules, and plugins.
You need to have some great skills (in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) as well as have a good eye for aesthetics (understanding element placements on the screen, colors, fonts, brand identity, attention to detail and so on), and complete ecommerce workflow, and barcode/QR code implementation.
Experience with responsive (mobile first approach) and adaptive design is required. You should have a great understanding of the entire web development process, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities of a HubSpot Developer:
Development of websites and landing pages, custom modules in HubSpot CMS
Implementing new HubSpot CMS features and functionality, including bar code/QR code implementation
Website Project Planning and architecture
Ecommerce understanding, cart and check out
Ensuring high-performance and availability of websites
Managing all technical aspects of the CMS - Connecting domains/sub-domains, migrating blogs to HubSpot from other CMSs
Implementing Hubl, HubDB. (CRM Objects is a plus)
Develop effective, responsive designs and build them into working themes and plugins.
Work with client teams to understand their CMS requirements
Identify and resolve functionality and usability issues on the website and affiliated web materials.
Maintain website and HubSpot content quality across accessibility, technical SEO, page speed, and content accuracy.
Tracks the performance of digital marketing assets on HubSpot and the website (landing pages, website/microsites, online banking, and branch television screens).
Assist with optimizing and improving digital marketing assets on HubSpot and the website through A/B testing and other techniques.
Collaborate with other Marketing Specialists and various departments to identify needs and develop creative solutions on HubSpot and the website.
Identify opportunities for new Marketing technology solutions.
Collaborate with other Marketing Specialists to identify and implement marketing automation opportunities on HubSpot.
Skills and Qualifications:
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax/Fetch API, jQuery and commonly used JS plugins
Experience in building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications, and ecommerce
Experience in designing and developing responsive websites in HubSpot COS/CMS Hub
Comfortable working with debugging tools
Ability to understand CSS changes and how they impact the styles their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers, and internal websites
Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
Knowledge of how to consume data with API/RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development would be an advantage
A degree in any discipline
Good communication and team skills
Ability to listen to the requirements of team members and clients and translate them into great solutions
