BriefCam is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, self-starter to join the growing marketing team. This person will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all deliverables and event logistics for BriefCam sponsored events; from major industry tradeshows, to regional field-based activities. The Event Marketing Manager will be extremely hands-on, working directly with event vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful event from planning through execution. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business for our sales team and continuing to grow the BriefCam brand with both end-users and BriefCam partners.
Oversee all BriefCam sponsored trade shows, conferences and regional field event
Coordinate with conference vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure success
Manage travel and lodging logistics for conference attendees
Ensure successful setup and breakdown of BriefCam sponsored booths at large events
Oversee design, creation, and delivery of all event related materials
Track conference budgets, expenses, KPIs, ROI
Explore new conference opportunities and help build annual event schedule
Experiment with creative solutions for increasing event ROI
Maintain giveaway, print collateral and regional ‘kit’ inventory for teams
Post event follow up including lead capture, list cleaning/loading and distribution to sales, leveraging salesforce.com
Track existing and emerging event sponsorships and speaking opportunities
Manage Event Justification process for regional field events
