Email Marketing and Automation Assistant (Fully Remote)

 As the growth of Macros Inc continues we are looking for an Email Automation Assistant to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans. This is your chance to have a real impact in your role and work closely with the UK-based Marketing Director to drive results. The Email Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the implementation of email campaigns and associated automation as provided by the Marketing Manager and other key stakeholders.

The Email Marketing and Automation Assistant will be responsible for:

• Implementing and executing high converting email marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and improving overall email health including CTR, open rates, and deliverability.
• Creating innovative automations to serve relevant content to clients and prospects
• Working closely with the Social Media Manager to align creative direction of TOF campaigns
• Providing detailed reports to the Marketing Manager

Required Qualifications: The qualified candidate will have experience working with email marketing. They will possess strategic thinking and understand the relationship in the marketing plan between all parts of marketing strategy (social media, email, etc.) and the long & short-term goals.

The ideal candidate is::

• Team player capable of working across multiple business functions
• Data-driven and highly analytical
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role
• Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
• Experienced in developing complex automation and workflows
• A passion for the health and fitness industry
• UK-based preferable but not essential
• Have robust and in-depth understanding of HubSpot email marketing and data analytics.
