Responsibilities
As Director of Client Service, you are the strategic and tactical leader of the New Perspectives account team. Client experience and service excellence is your responsibility. Within New Perspective, you lead and manage an internal account team.
As part of the senior leadership team, you inform and support strategic initiatives and core organizational decision-making.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
5+ years leading client relationships and service delivery in a digital marketing agency environment.
5+ years supervising internal agency teams
Superb communication and demonstrated problem-solving ability
Proficient in Hubspot
A degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
Mastery of numbers, data, and analytics
Agile and Jira is a plus
