OxBlue is looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to own the development, implementation, tracking and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will play a key role in the success of our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive new business and cultivate new opportunities within our existing client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current martech tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

As our Digital Marketing Manager, You Will:

• Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
• Map out a creative strategy that supports and extends our marketing plans and initiatives
• Deliver a compelling and persuasive brand message through creative direction, in partnership with the content team
• Generate creative/design concepts to drive demand and awareness for our products/services
• Design attractive and effective graphics and layouts for a variety of web, digital and print media
• Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
• Mentor junior talent and actively promote continual creative improvement
• Increase user friendliness in digital products
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
• Work collaboratively with marketing team to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Production and Sales teams to provide design vision for large-scale brand initiatives
• Develop standards, systems and best practices for design creation
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
